本藍染料を使い京都の染色職人による「手捺染」（ハンドプリント）という手法で染めています。
真ん中の黄色はエンジュと言われる自然の染料です。このような表現ができるのはこの染色工房だけです。
花を纏うように、首元に華やかさを与え、また藍にはUV効果があり、一年中日にさらされている、首元を日焼けから守ってくれます。
